About Us

Company Director Vicky Biorac has 35 years experience living in Australia’s East Kimberley region. Vicky holds an honours degree in Media Studies from Murdoch University and has studied at the prestigious University of North Carolina. She is a television trained professional with 12 years experience in broadcast television.


Vicky has worked in every major Australian TV Network so  that her knowledge of all aspects of film and television production is extensive. Vicky’s work has ranged across the entire spectrum of broadcast television from Assistant Directing on Channel 7’s Home & Away to producing promos on FOXTEL’s Lifestyle Channel. She is an award-winning writer who also directs and produces. Her documentaries reflect a deep knowledge and interest in rural and remote Australia. The ABC, Channel 7 and Imparja Television have broadcast her documentaries and educational segments for children’s programming. Vicky is also a broadcast camera operator and an accomplished editor. Vicky co-ordinates film workshops teaching local youth about media production and making short films with them.  She also produces the local annual film festival “Bush Magic”, showcasing young people’s film work.

Vicky created B Visual Media in 2004 when she left the hectic lifestyle of Sydney for the more relaxing lifestyle of the East Kimberley. B Visual Media has created productions for many corporate clients, particularly in the tourism and training sector.

B Visual Media has also worked along side Baz Lurhmanns production company Bazmark, assisting them in their production of the movie “Australia”. B Visual Media has also produced content for children’s programming at Channel 7, and shot news for the major networks, regional networks and ABC’s Enough Rope and Landline.
